Terrain:	Epsom Downs is an area of fast runnable downland with small areas of woodland. The Navy course will also take in Epsom Downs golf course (first time use). There are fine views even at night!
Parking:	At Grid Reference TQ224584 on the B290 between Epsom and Tattenham Corner (the road which goes in front of the Epsom Race Course Grandstand)
Map:	1:10,000 5m contour interval : printed on waterproof paper (bring your own bag if required)
Registration:	5:00pm to 6:00pm
Starts:	5:30pm to 6:30pm Courses close 8:00pm
Fees:	£5.00 Seniors; £2.00 Juniors and Students
Punching:	The event will be using SportIdent electronic punching (hire charge £1)
Courses:	Ochre (2.0km), Olive (4.0Km), Navy (7.0km)
Facilities:	Very limited. No toilets Nearest A&E Unit at Epsom General Hospital
Dogs:	Welcome under control
