| Getting there: |
This is a very popular beauty spot and could
be very busy on the sparkling spring morning we have ordered.
If coming by car please SHARE LIFTS if at all possible. Sign-posted
from the A24 Burford Bridge roundabout at GR TQ171519 (N.B. steep zig-zag
road dangerous in icy conditions) and the B2032 at GR TQ214531. There are
three National Trust pay and display car parks £3 (optional for NT
members) at GR TQ179513 and TQ182513 (one large and two small). Please
follow instructions from NT wardens. Once the car parks are full the
nearest street parking is 1k from registration towards Box Hill village.
Train: to Deepdene station GR TQ171502 (on the
Gatwick / Redhill / Guildford / Reading line) or Boxhill
station GR TQ167518 (on the Victoria / Clapham Junction / Sutton / Epsom /
Dorking line)

Dogs welcome, under control at all times.
Please be aware that the hill is used by dog-walkers and horse-riders and
show the usual consideration and caution.
